We do not accept international returns as this would cost the buyer far more to send it back to us and we will not cover costs of return postage, or postage for the item to get to you as we still had to cover this when sending.

Items which are being returned which were not damaged  on arrival will not be issued a refund but can be exchanged for another item.

We will not refund postage on any returns under any circumstances.

Orders placed with a discount code or marked "on sale" are non returnable unless damaged on arrival.

All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the item.

All items are sent standard 2nd class with royal mail unless requested otherwise. Orders over £30 automatically go signed for. If you do not request signed for postage you are not covered if the item goes missing and will not be issued a refund. Buyers will always be provided with proof of postage when requested.

I will not refund any orders before turnaround time is up, it is the buyers responsibility to take note of this before purchasing.
